Vast amounts of green could be seen as far as the eye could see here in the Archylte Steppe. Various beasts and fiends roamed freely as far as the eye could see. Flowers could even be smelled all around. All in all, this place brought a sickening feeling to the Remnant leader that made him want to vomit all over the place. The amount of life and peace here was just disgusting and downright despicable as far as the eye could see. "How despicable. A new place teeming with life when it could be put to far better use in Mother's more deserving hands." Kadaj said with a chuckle, bringing his hand up to wipe the bridge of his nose for a just a moment. "But worry not Mother, I'll make sure these insects are gone before presenting you with this planet as a gift."
Within seconds of finishing his little speech, thunderous footsteps approached from behind where Kadaj stood causing a smirk to appear on his face as he reached behind him and grasped the hilt of his souba. "You think you're scary...." he began as he turned on his heels right as the behemoth that had approached him roared loudly in his face, causing his silver hair to flutter slightly while specks of drool from the creatures mouth splattered all over his face. Not even bothering to wipe the drool off his face he drew his souba, holding the weapon upside down in a reverse style and crouched slightly at the knees. "I'M THE TRUE DEFINITION OF HELL!!!" he yelled before leaping into the air right as the behemoth swiped its massive claw towards him.
Just narrowly avoiding the claw, Kadaj somersaulted in the air before twisting his body slightly as he began to descend behind the behemoth and slashed quickly at the beasts back, grinning rather sadistically as it roared in pain from the wound. Before his feet could even hit the ground, Kadaj called upon a technique of Sephiroth's due to being a Remnant and vanished from view leaving nothing behind but a flurry of black feathers. This time he reappeared right in front of the beast, flipping his weapon up the proper way it was to be held and used another technique of Sephiroth's, delivering eight powerful slashes to the beast's face before jabbing his weapon right between the creatures eyes, causing it to fall to the ground with a loud thud. That smirk still on his face, Kadaj reached up with a gloved hand to tuck a few strands of his silver hair behind his head before yanking his weapon out of the behemoth's corpse.
"Stupid creature. I'm the master here...not you." he said in a low voice, wiping the blood that had gathered on his weapon off on the grass before resheathing it. "Bored now..." he muttered as he turned towards his motorcycle and began walking towards it, only to pause as the sky suddenly grew dark. "What the hell?!" he exclaimed as he looked up towards the sky curiously. It was only midday, it shouldn't be getting dark out. From out of nowwhere a being larger than even the mountains of Gran Pulse appeared, wrapping Kadaj in its tentacles before he could even get hold of his weapon. "Hey! I order you to let me go!" he said between squirms, crying out as a burning sensation pierced the back of his right hand beneath his glove as visions of cities burning to the ground filled his mind, along with the image of a certain blonde spikey haired man. Just as quick as the ordeal happened, it stopped, leaving Kadaj lying there on the ground to piece together what happened.
