Port Nexus of Bhunivelze. It was raining with storm and thunder around, perfect for the mission. There is one lesson he learned when he was a cadet in PSICOM academy. "Learn about the surroundings of your enemy before you strike, plan first before execute." that what his mentor said to him. Funny thing is, he was no longer a PSICOM soldier since after the Purge. Templar witnessed his place of birth Bodhum were labeled as "touched" by Pulse I'Cie and sent the Purgees to so-called "exile" but in truth, the Purgees were killed by PSICOM... no survivors at all. He thought that he could save the Purgees by start killing the PSICOM soldiers in Hanging Edge after he went missing-in-action along with those who loyal to him but, things weren't went well according to his thoughts. His friends, high-school teachers, relatives from Bodhum... died by the hands of PSICOM. He had lost his loyalty to PSICOM and Sanctum, Templar vowed to revenge on those who held responsible for the Purge, even with the cost of his life.
Right now, he needed to focus on this mission. "Operation Wolf Hunt", an assassination mission which needed to annihilate a PSICOM officer who will appear at Port Nexus. The plated-visor of his helmet was scanning at the PSICOM encampment, later then he took off his helmet and aimed with his sniper rifle's scope. The PSICOM Wardens were busy by moving crates around while some of them were checking the PSICOM aerial vehicles, as if they were prepare for something. "What they're up to?" Templar lowered down his sniper rifle for a while. Something immediately distracted him, Templar quickly looked through his sniper rifle's scope for second time. A Skytank with PSICOM's emblem attached on it just landed at the encampment. An individual in PSICOM high officer's uniform while accompanied by two Sanctum Archangels.
These Sanctum Archangels were no match for him, they were too powerful than any regular PSICOM soldiers but that doesn't matter, Templar needed to focus on the PSICOM officer and confirm his identity. Zooming his scope on the officer, a sly smirk went across his face. "There you are." Templar uttered silently as his finger reaching to the sniper rifle's trigger. He will not just fire immediately, that will give away his position and if not the PSICOM Wardens, the Aerial Snipers will come after him. The sound of the thunder will providing cover the sound of his sniper rifle, Templar just needed to wait for the moment to fire. As the thunder kept on roaring in the skies, Templar kept aiming at his target with precision and calculation. Counting in his mind and beating in his heart, Templar got the target in his sight and now, he waited for the thunder to roar.
In a flash, the thunder roared even louder than before and Templar, squeezed the trigger and the bullet were shot from the muzzle of the sniper rifle. The PSICOM officer were shot in the throat and collapsed down, the Sanctum Archangels and the PSICOM Wardens were panicked and looked around with no idea where did the shot came from, it seemed that Templar's shot have been covered by the thunder after all. Slowly got up from his sniping spot, Templar put on his visor helmet and walked away from there... It is time for report to his officer that the target have been neutralized.

Everything's fine here aside from some grammatical quirks you might need to go through and work on, though I won't withhold the first acceptance because of them. On several occasions, you switch from past tense verbs to the verb "is" when you start a sentence with here, there, or it. Aside from the fact that it's good to avoid starting a sentence without a subject (as here, there, and it are not true subjects unless the it is referring to something specific), you need to keep the verb for them in the past tense - "was" or "are." A few other verbs have similar problems, and you misplace a verb or two on occasion. I'd recommend, before another staffy checks it, that you go through and fix up some of the verbs.
