Abilities: The power of sitting/stepping on people, and pecking them to death. Yeah, be scared.
Personality: He's mischievous and unintentionally causes Maqui a lot of trouble. Unfortunately he's extremely curious and needs to check out absolutely everything, which leads to problems when he attacks people because they have long pony tails or eat Yuj's clothes. That's also a problem.
History: A LONG TIME AGO, BACK WHEN THIS MENACE WAS STILL JUST A CHICK!...he flopped through a portal, and adopted Maqui to be his mom. Many eaten wrenches and plucked cats later, Cookie goes with Maqui everywhere and lives with him.
