So, obviously, Hope is the leader of the Academy faction. That leaves a big gap in the leadership of the PSICOM faction. Basically, this guy was, I would figure, one of the military leaders in the Academy who was like "SCREW THESE SCIENTISTS" and took a large portion of the military with him to create the separated faction. He is not a man who makes himself visible to the people, like Hope. In fact, he's rather secretive and plays his strategies close to the chest. He's also extremely crafty and rather refined - he's got a kind of charisma that can lure people in. Obviously, though, he supports the use of militant tactics and violence to straighten Gran Pulse out. He's a tricksy little bastard with a tongue of gold. The face claim is Illusive Man from Mass Effect, because who better to play the crafty military leader?
