All she could remember was the fear. Fear of everything happening around her. She remembered one of the elders from Wutai warning her about something, but she had paid no heed. Who would listen to some old guy anyway? Well, obviously some people... Like her father. A thought struck her. Was he dead? Had she finally lost both of her parents? Was she alone?

No, she couldn't be. She couldn't be the only survivor from the crisis. But could she be sure? So many questions flew through her mind, and she knew she would have to wait a while before they got answered. Brown eyes were red from crying, but what was there to cry about? Everyone she loved was gone. Her friends, her father... Everyone. The thought of never seeing her friends again made her feel cold inside, like her heart was gone.

Yuffie felt empty.

She couldn't give up. She wouldn't just lay down and die. There was so much more to do. From her sitting place on the ground, she sighed and stood up. Only failures gave up. Only idiots and the weak have up. The others would keep on walking, staying strong. Why should she give up? But then again, why shouldn't she? The Planet was gone. She had no idea where she was. Yuffie shook her head. "I won't give up." She reassured her self. "I can't."

She wiped away any remnants of tears from her brown eyes, and released a shaky breath. Don't be such a crybaby, Yuffie.[/color] She shook her head and held her head up high. She was the Great Ninja Yuffie. Ninjas don't cry. Yuffie ran her hands over her face and inspected her surroundings. It seemed pretty much deserted, but she couldn't be sure. Being a ninja, she knew to look beyond what she could see, and depend on all of her senses.

But it still seemed deserted.

Yuffie was silently thankful. She didn't want anybody to see her in the state she's in. It was embarrassing, and it made her feel like a child. She didn't want to feel vulnerable and weak. But that empty feeling came back. She didn't want that empty feeling, anything but that feeling. However, Yuffie brushed that feeling away. Now was not the time.

She pulled out some of her ninja stars, not having her main weapon on her, and felt the spike on one of them. "Nothing is gonna stop me finding my friends." She smirked a little. "And maybe I'll steal some materia and kick butt while I'm at it." Yuffie cracked her knuckles, and laughed a bit. Nothing will stop me claiming back my friends and my home. Nothing can stop the Great Ninja Yuffie.[/color]

And Yuffie smiled inside, because she no longer felt so empty.

Clear Tranquil: Yuffie can heal herself with this ability. Has a cool down of 2 posts. Doom of the Living: When enraged, Yuffie will throw a gigantic, magically infused shuriken at her opponent. Has a cool down of 3 posts. Cure 1 : Yuffie uses her Restore materia to heal her or her allies minor injuries. Materia upgrades to Cure 2 and 3 and Regen. Has a cool down of 2 posts. Bolt 1 : Using her Lightning materia Yuffie calls down a single bolt of lighting from the sky to hit a single enemy. Materia Upgrades to cast Bolt 2 and 3. Has a cool down of 2 posts. Bio I: Inflicts poison on enemy. Materia upgrades to Bio 2. Has a cool down of 2 posts. Personality: Yuffie has a cocky, proud, brash personality, and at times can be aggressive. She is a bit of a tomboy and acts unashamedly towards her goals. She has a tendency to bestow honorific titles upon herself. She has little tolerance for tradition and is highly-rebellious to the old ways of Wutai, and her father. She is quite intelligent and rather cunning, easily able to trick people. However, she is not at all averse to heroics and is a reliable ally, and caring friend. Yuffie tends not to cry at many things. If she does cry, it means something has deeply upset her. She cried uncontrollably and hugged Cloud when Aerith died because she felt very close to her and respected her. Sometimes she acts her age, but other times she acts a bit immaturely or the complete opposite. She sometimes knows when not to say stuff at times, and has a good awareness around her. She is a good friend, quite supportive at times and she will probably save your butt when necessary. She hates travelling because of her motion sickness, and has an obsession with materia, which she shares with her father. This is because she wants to restore Wutai to its former glory. Yuffie likes tease people, and tends to give people nicknames like Tifa (Boobs) and Cid (Cranky-legged old man). However, she never calls Aerith by these derogatory nicknames, having being fond of her and respects her. Yuffie also never pokes fun out of Aerith. It is said Yuffie thinks Aerith of a motherly-figure (a joke since many people call Aerith 'mom'.) She is very skilled. ((Rewrote this the first time.)) History: Yuffie was born at an unspecified time, but it seems to be somewhere at the end of the Wutai War. Her mother, Kasumi, died from an illness when she was young. As a child, she watched Wutai become a tourist resort and grew up on stories on how the area used to be a place of honourable mystique before ShinRa's arrival. At the age of nine, Yuffie appears before Zack at Fort Tamblin, proclaiming herself as 'Wutai's Greatest Warrior'. Zack plays along with her antics and she runs off. After losing the war to ShinRa, Yuffie's father and Leader of Wutai, Godo Kisaragi, begins to turn their town into a tourist attraction. This did not suit Yuffie, who began to think about returning Wutai to its former glory. At some time after the war, Godo was given a list of SOLDIER email addresses and locations of rare treasure by an unidentified blond man (either Director Lazard or Rufus ShinRa), but Godo did nothing with the information. Yuffie stole the information from her father and began emailing Zack about rare treasure, intending to ambush him at the end of each mission and either steal from him or seize the treasure for herself. She fails on both counts, however Zack either not falling for her ruses or the treasure she finds not being up to her standards. As Yuffie continues to taunt Zack through emails the location she leads him to become more dangerous, Yuffie now getting information from an anti-ShinRa group based in Wutai. Eventually on the last mission, she manages to steal Zack's Bahamut Fury materia and escape. She ends up mailing it back to him a few days later, not understanding how to use it. Yuffie stole the party's materia when they entered Wutai, and they chase her and save her from Don Carneo before she returns them. Yuffie proves herself to her father by beating the bosses of Wutai's Five Story Pagoda, and her father begins to understand the reasoning behind her position. Yuffie is the central character in the case of Yuffie, where she returns to Wutai to help rebuild after Meteor's fall. After her return, Geostigma begins to spread and the "Midgar Illness" is blamed on Yuffie as she was at Midgar when Meteor struck. She thus resolves to finding the disease's real cause and a Materia to cure it, searching around the world and helping the infected as best she can during the time before Advent Children. In Advent Children, Yuffie can first be heard when Cloud's cellphone is lost in the lake in the Forgotten Capital, where she says "Surprise! It's me, Yuffie," although her voice is difficult to pick out as other pieces of dialogue are being played at the same time. Yuffie mentions the children of Wutai have gone missing, and asks Cloud to call her if he knows why. Yuffie appears in person during the battle in Edge. She arrives via Cid's airship (still showing signs of motion sickness after parachuting down). She helps the party defeat Bahamut SIN, and brings Cloud's materia collection from the Midgar Ruins aboard the Shera. Having joined the World Regenesis Organization, Yuffie is in charge of espionage and intelligence gathering. Yuffie works to fight against Deepground in 2010. She is the one who rescues Vincent from Rosso the Crimson in the ShinRa mansion, where the bloodthirsty Tsviets are about to kill him, and takes him back to the WRO headquarters. Onboard the Shera, she still suffers from motion sickness, and leads the troops from the airships to the ground for the Battle of Midgar to shut down a generator inside the ShinRa Building. Yuffie and Vincent go into Deepground in attempt to kill Weiss, but are stopped by Nero, who sucks Yuffie into darkness and Vincent goes to save her, since he is unaffected by Nero's darkness. Yuffie and other AVALANCHE members aid Vincent in Omega's destruction and she is last seen in 7th Heaven, asking Tifa if she has heard from Cloud, most likely concerning Vincent's whereabouts.
